Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
Location: New York
Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
