Vasion is looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate is an expert in all things Salesforce, Marketo, and B2B marketing operations. This person, in collaboration with the marketing team, is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that enable the marketing team to use the full functionality of our ever-growing tech stack.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective and productive Marketing Operations team while exemplifying the core values of the company.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership, revenue operations, and business analytics teams to continually improve lead scoring, lead flow process, and ensure accurate flow through the lead lifecycle.
  • Train, support, and oversee the daily operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, LeanData, 6Sense and other upcoming integrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of Marketo.
  • Manage and monitor audience segments and make recommendations on areas for optimization and changes to strategy.
  • Monitor email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens, and engagements as well as ensure strong domain and list health, and create monthly audits.
  • Work from ideation and strategy phase through to execution of new automated prospect nurture programs, including driving strategies to increase email engagement, frequency, and velocity.
  • Supervise ongoing monitoring of prospect nurture programs to ensure they are working properly, and make recommendations for efficiencies.
  • Oversee and optimize processes and delivery of campaign operations owned by marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and working with SaaS products.
  • 6+ years of experience with Marketo and holds a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LeanData, and at least one of the following: 6Sense, Cadences, Domo, and Drift, or an equivalent platform.
  • 5+ years of experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certifications
  • Marketo Certified Solution Architect certification (MCSA).
  • Self-starter and able to work fully remote, collaborating with team members globally.
  • Experience in business analysis, operations, or B2B.
  • Digitally savvy, with exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision makers
  • Excel at building relationships and collaborating inter-departmentally.
