Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Reside in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Medicaid planning is a plus
  • Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
