Job Description

WWC Global is currently seeking a Joint SOF Trainer (Information Operations) for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Joint SOF Trainers provide C4I, Defense Cyber Operations (DCO) and Knowledge Management (KM) designs for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects for strategic/operational-level exercises for the USSOCOM Force Management Directorate, Joint Capabilities Training Office. This support includes all aspects of building, developing and executing strategic sensitive compartmented GCC’s exercises, Battle staff training events, Theater Special Operations Commands’ (TSOC) and SOF JTFs exercises in conjunction with the JEP and the Chairman’s Exercise Program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in planning, designing, controlling amp; analyzing Joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) training and exercises.
  • Develops and presents communications-related training seminars.
  • Serves as an Information OperationsAnalyst/Trainer during joint exercises.
  • Writes Information Operationsobservation report during CJCS exercises.
  • Provides Information Operationsguidance to Combatant Command and Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) communications teams.
  • Develops observation and training plans.
  • Coordinates amp; interfaces with the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) amp; TSOC exercise planners.
  • Provides senior-level analysis and training to GCCs, TSOCs SOJTFs and JSOTF to best utilize Information OperationsBest Practices in support of Special Operations forces worldwide.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to work in confined areas.
  • Ability to work in remote and rural environments.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of Information Operations (IO) experience //OR// Associate's degree with a minimum of 15 years IO experience.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and functional knowledge of Information Operations planning, processes, and joint doctrine or 10 years of functional knowledge of at least one Information Related Capability.
