Job Description

Indian Motorcycle of Ocala, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking energetic, confident, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to join our growing team of customer service superstars! If you are an active listener, exceptional problem solver, a salesman at heart, and have a passion for powersports you may be the perfect fit for this team!

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about powersports vehicles and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living!

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
  • Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.
  • Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers.
  • Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
  • Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques.
  • Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!)
  • Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
  • Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles).
  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and overtime.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps.
  • Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
  • Punctuality is key.
