Litigation Firm in South Austin
We are looking for a candidate for this position that is outgoing, organized, self-starter and someone who plays well with others. We need a smart and energetic addition to our litigation team. This person would need to be able to stand up to adjusters on the phone and argue our client’s property damage claims. If you like to argue and want a fast-paced job with new experiences and challenges each day this is the job for you. You must have a sense of humor, we help people are hurt and down and they need positive energy. You will be gathering and reviewing medical records and billing to prepare demand summaries for injury claims.

Requirements
2 years of office experience(law office experience or medical office experience is a plus) good computer editing skills: Microsoft office; excel, Word. typing 60 words per minute or faster. We will do a typing test online. Working knowledge of OUTLOOK. Experience with MYCASE is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Duties:
Answers phones, maintains and gathers medical records and billing records, sets up new files, interviews new clients, schedules clients and stays in contact with current clients, helps clients with problems, communicate with attorneys to get answers in an efficient manner. Follows up with clients and their medical treatment. Works closely with attorneys when clients have problems with their treatment and medical care and helps to manage the client’s case. Helps clients with their property damage claims.
