Role: AP/AR (Shared Services) Implementation Specialist

As our Shared Services Implementation Specialist, you'll be an instrumental force, predominantly supporting our Implementation Team in an agile setup. With clients transitioning every few months, you'll be juggling responsibilities, ensuring every client experiences seamless service during their journey with us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is tech-adept, with proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com, NetSuite, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shared Services Rollout: Engage closely with the Implementation Team and clients to strategize and lead the execution of shared services during client onboarding.
  • Accounts Handling: Promptly manage AP and AR tasks for new clients, ensuring seamless service from invoice verification to payment collections.
  • Continuous Improvement: Undertake process analyses and continuously assess the impact of shared services initiatives, ensuring we always stay ahead.
  • Documentation amp; Compliance: Maintain and update shared services workflows and ensure strict adherence to regulations and company policies.
  • Client Transition Support: Support end-users during the implementation phase, guaranteeing a seamless and effective adoption experience.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Mandatory High School diploma; a bachelor’s in accounting is a notable advantage.
  • 4-5 years as an AP/AR professional or Bookkeeper, with a grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting standards in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience in utilizing QuickBooks, Bill.com, NetSuite, and similar software is essential.

Compensation:

We're committed to fair pay, evaluating using local, national, and industry-specific data. Compensation will factor in location, experience, skills, and external market rates. The targeted salary for this exempt role is $65,000annually.
