Keeper Security is hiring an experienced and execution-oriented Senior Accountant to join our global accounting team. This is a hybrid position with a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office!

About the Job

The Senior Accountant will report to the Director of Finance to support Keeper’s accounting and financial processes. This includes month-end close journal entries, preparation of account reconciliations, AP/AR tasks, tax reporting and filings support, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the month-end closing process to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Partner with sales operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of data within NetSuite
  • Review customer opportunities for proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and revenue recognition accounting standards
  • Support data systems integration and reconciliation
  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
  • Support the Director of Finance and/or the Tax Compliance Manager to coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for timely completion of annual audit reports and tax filings
  • Provide bandwidth support for Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Support CFO and/or the Director of Finance with special projects as requested

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Detail oriented

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience using NetSuite and/or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong team building skills
  • Personal drive, energy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with high expectations for responsiveness
  • Able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
