Job description

As a Residential HVAC apprentice for Monarch Home Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing HVAC installations. Work with our lead installers, to deliver an exception installation and have a chance to show off your craftsmanship!

Qualifications

• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Hard working
• Must be reliable
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 year+ experience in a the residential HVAC setting.
• Has a great appearance and communication.
• NATE Certified a plus.
• Persistent, positive, dedicated, and committed.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and efficient.
• Team player and drug free.
• Passion for helping people.
