Abortion Care Network (ACN) is seeking a Provider Resilience Initiative (PRI) Program Manager. The PRI Program Manager supports the resilience and sustainability of independent clinics and their staff in partnership with volunteer therapists, social workers, and other healing practitioners.This position will oversee the PRI Program - planning, implementing, and ensuring wellness and well-being programs for Abortion Care Network’s members. PRI works directly with provider members to strategize, identify, and help identify potential supports, strategies, and opportunities for workplace wellness and well-being. This position can be fully remote or hybrid remote/in-person in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will be a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Membership Co-Director. Travel is required up to 8 times per year for site visits or conferences.

Salary range: $77,193 - $82,193

ACN salary bands are determined by an organizational pay equity process. Unlike market-based compensation systems, ACN’s pay equity process focuses on the level of responsibility each employee holds in their position. The process has been developed to ensure integrity, equity and transparency in setting salaries across the organization and embodies ACN’s values. This range represents the lowest and highest this position may score using our pay equity rubric based on the qualifications you bring to this position. ACN incorporates a geographical score in determining compensation as part of the pay equity process. As a national organization, this score is in recognition that some areas of the country are significantly more expensive to live. The geographic score is $0-$5,000 in addition to the salary range.

Benefits include: Health insurance including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance paid 100%, every other Friday off, 25 days PTO annually, 12 paid holidays, 401k and HSA contributions, cell phone and home internet reimbursement, and professional development stipend. Employees may add dependents to health and dental coverage, and ACN will cover half the premium costs of qualified dependents.

Duties:

    • Develops, manages, and implements a work plan for PRI that centers ACN's mission, vision, and values
    • Prioritizes the needs of ACN members in virtual and in-person PRI projects, opportunities, and network wellness and resiliency spaces
    • Respond to PRI requests by analyzing facts or circumstances to evaluate and coordinate response and assistance internally and externally
    • Maintains program documentation, communication, and reporting systems with centralized, transparent processes, ensuring continuity, program outcomes, department goals, strategic deliverables, program evaluation, tracking, and member follow-up
    • Responsible for facilitating program meetings, coordinating resources, and communicating with ACN staff and members. This position may need to:
      • Conduct regular outreach to diverse stakeholders, members, and consultants, and communicate trends to ACN staff to gather feedback on relevant issues
      • Create, manage, and ensure program communications
      • Develop program processes and guidance for members on relevant topics, projects, or issues
      • Coordinate program based on member requests, trends, and strategic goals
    • Demonstrates self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and the ability to respond to and support crisis-driven and sensitive requests and topic areas with discretion and without judgment
    • Stays up to date on best practices, grow and maintains connections and collaborations with mental and emotional well-being partners, consultants, and contractors who provide wellness practices, supports, and resiliency assistance and services to members
    • Represents ACN by leading and attending program-related meetings, calls, and planning sessions as required.
    • Participates in event-related activities, including attending the conference, preconference meetings, and on-site support throughout and after the conference
    • Provides onsite support at ACN membership events, including the conference, and membership gatherings
    • Ensures professional development goals are completed annually
    • Implements projects, programs, and initiatives as identified by ACN staff and Directors
    • Other duties as assigned
