HVAC Service Technician

Requirements

  • You will serve our Hamp;E clients by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
  • Re-check the system one more time, after you’ve serviced or repaired it, before leaving the client’s home to make sure that the system is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
  • Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
  • Get rewarded for maintaining our ticket average goals while providing good business ethics.
  • Give repair options to customer while educating them on what they need and what will benefit them.
  • Explain the benefits of newer higher efficiency equipment to the client.
  • Explain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join.
  • Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
  • Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have valid drivers license.
