  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + bonus
  • Requirements: 5+ yrs exp + Healthcare Industry exp
  • Location: 100% Remote

The Role:

Join a rapidly expanding startup in the healthcare industry, poised for significant growth! We're seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) to bridge the gap between sales and client support, enhance service value, reduce churn, and maintain a high-level view of client success. As a CSM, you'll ensure client happiness and success by addressing concerns, fostering relationships, and driving service usage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Sales to implement changes and initiatives that address client concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and track progress towards improvement goals.
  • Act as a champion for the "voice of the customer" within the organization, advocating for client needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years account management or client relationship experience
  • Experience in the medical/healthcare industry working directly with physicians as buyers
  • Sharp, self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to execute on plans independent of direction
  • No job is too small or big, get things done attitude
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Tech Savvy, including G-Suite (Google docs, Google sheets and Slack), Hubspot and/or Monday.com familiarity (is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for service and the desire for a deep understanding of issues facing clients.
