Our client, a rapidly evolving blockchain company, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their passionate team. The ideal candidate should possess strong product judgment, user-experience understanding, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft meticulous specifications for products and features, ensuring they encompass all necessary technical aspects.
  • Conduct thorough user research and surveys across diverse target audiences, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and the core team to dissect overarching visions and strategies, translating them into tangible product features and enhancements.
  • Lead and guide UI/UX designers
  • Strategize and devise precise medium-term roadmaps that seamlessly integrate various functions, such as product development, engineering, and operations/sales.
  • Deliver detailed metrics and in-depth analyses of audience behavior and user flows regularly, fostering confidence through transparent communication.
  • Assume complete ownership of product metrics, including growth and retention, as well as experiment outcomes, taking full responsibility for driving results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer science/engineering, with a preference for candidates with an MBA.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development with 2 years as a hands-on product manager.
  • Demonstrated a consistent track record of successfully launching and scaling products in B2C environments.
  • Engaged with the DeFi or trading web3 community, whether in B2B or B2C capacities, providing advantageous prior experience.
  • Exhibited robust quantitative analysis skills, critical thinking abilities, and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Showcased proficiency in crafting comprehensive wireframes for optimal user experiences.
