Our client, a rapidly evolving blockchain company, is seeking a Product Manager to help manage their Core Chain products and affiliated features. The ideal candidate will have analytical experience in trading finance, particularly with DeFi products. The role involves translating strategies into detailed specifications, ensuring optimal user flows, and analyzing product metrics throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a diverse engineering team to translate strategic directives into detailed product and feature specifications, while also overseeing live operations.
• Lead the development of feature roadmaps by leveraging data analysis techniques, including examining existing funnels and market data, building forecast models, and conducting funnel analysis to anticipate outcomes.
• Innovate sales strategies, monetization techniques, and go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing teams, while also contributing to the formulation of tokenomics.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and offer insightful analysis of business scenarios through comprehensive data evaluation.
• Execute user research initiatives and surveys across diverse demographics, including those beyond our primary target audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science, or related fields.
• Professional background: Over 2 years in software development with at least 1 year of experience in business or data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL and skilled in API design.
• Demonstrated involvement in blockchain or cryptocurrency, whether through personal projects or professional endeavors.
• Exceptional quantitative analysis and critical thinking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with prototyping or wireframing tools such as Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
