  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus

  • Location: 100% Remote (Based in US)

The Role:

Our client, a rapidly expanding startup in the offshore staffing industry, is poised for significant growth and is currently searching for a dynamic Recruiting Operations Manager (Global) to lead the talent acquisition team towards rapid scalability. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience collaborating with teams based in the Philippines. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role entails overseeing a team of 10+ professionals responsible for talent acquisition, screening, and onboarding. It is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshore talent acquisition workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of offshore recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in the recruitment process, implementing new protocols and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee recruitment projects and programs for multiple clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and workflow to streamline recruitment processes, pre-screening, onboarding and ensure accurate data management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and plan for future hiring requirements.
  • Provide support and resources to enable recruiters and sourcers to effectively execute their roles, staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or recruitment process outsourcing.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers.
  • Experience working with business associates in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and dynamics.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
