Our client, a rapidly evolving blockchain company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help manage their Core Chain products and affiliated features.The ideal candidate will have analytical professional experience in trading finance, particularly DeFi. This role involves driving features through their lifecycle and optimizing user funnels.

Responsibilities:

• Foster close collaboration between product leadership and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure alignment and clarity in translating strategic goals into actionable product specifications.
• Employ advanced data analytics techniques to drive the feature roadmap, leveraging insights from existing funnels and market data to forecast outcomes and prioritize development efforts.
• Create wireframes and UI/UX breakdowns that prioritize intuitive design and seamless user interaction, optimizing the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop comprehensive sales, monetization, and go-to-market strategies, incorporating tokenomics principles for sustainable growth.
• Provide regular, detailed performance reports to stakeholders, offering valuable insights derived from in-depth data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough user research and surveys across diverse demographics to gather comprehensive feedback, informing product iteration and market expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, finance, or computer science/engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years in software development with a minimum of 2 years in hands-on product management.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing Business Intelligence tools, collaborating closely with engineering teams and designers.
• Strong data analysis ability and attention to detail.
• Experience in driving exceptional user experiences and crafting detailed wireframes.
• Previous involvement in the DeFi or trading web3 community (B2B or B2C) is advantageous.
