Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented candidate experienced Electrical EngineerCAD3D drafterModeler and programmer. The drafter3D modeler and programmer is a professional who uses CADsoftware to create, edit, and modify detailed 2D and2D and 3D drawings and designs for electrical equipmentstructural and metal components and assemblies per client specs. who will design and implement complex Utility grade, industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical power systems.

Job Duties:

• Create engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Inventor for structural builds, fabrication assemblies, modification projects, and upgrades or customization per client specs

• Programming in Stryker and Bendsimpro as required

• Track assigned tasks and prioritized the completion of tasks accordingly

• Maintain Company’s drafting standards and templates

• Learn building structures and client-specific needs

• Learn building design from Panelmatic methods

• Read and analyze existing blueprints, construction drawings, and plans

• Routinely produce accurate drawings promptly and efficiently

• Ability to complete drawings independently in a timely manner

• Learn construction and design methods and best practices

• Evaluate the design for constructability and ease of manufacturing

• Create programs to run on fabrication machines as required

• Estimates material usage and additionally creates a bill of materials for design products

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two-years of experience in Drafting, Design, Manufacturing, or Engineering required

• Two plus years of experience drafting structural components in a manufacturing environment required

• Proficient in MS Office Suite required

• Two years of experience in Autodesk Inventor required

• Able to read and interpret Blueprints and Layouts required

• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision required

• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills required

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required

• Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required

• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required

• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required

• Alignment with company core values required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Drafting or Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar degree preferred

• One year of experience in Stryker and or Bendsimpro preferred
