Reporting to the Deputy Director, Capacity, we are looking for an Assistant, Capacity to implement efficient and effective systems and operations to ensure the Capacity department and broader Programs team run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As the Assistant, Capacity, you will lead key work streams that include:
(1) Supporting the Capacity Department
(2) Supporting the Programs Team amp; Broader Organization

Sharp Prioritization: Driven by finding solutions to complex problems and juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, global organization
Fierce Love of Tools: Consistent documenter and organizer with exceptional facility with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets); experience with or dedication to learning new tools (Salesforce, SurveyMonkey Apply, FormAssembly, CampaignMonitor, Basecamp)
Just-as-Fierce Love of Data: Demonstrated ability to collect, review, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
Detail-Oriented Communication: Attention to detail in written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels (e.g. senior staff, Fellows, external judges, peers) and create error-free calendar invites, email responses, and process documents that reflect the Capacity Team’s voice
Human-Centered Approach: Commitment to collaboration, laughter, and candor for oneself and others in the workplace
