RIVERSIDE AUTO GROUP is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the finance department and assisting with the financial planning and reporting of the company. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager to provide financial reports, analysis, and other financial information to ensure the company is running at its best. This individual will also be responsible for assisting with the administration of the company’s finance department, including monthly billing, expense reports, and other financial reports.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparation of monthly billing and other financial reports.
- Work closely with Operations Manager and Sales Manager to provide financial reports, analysis, and other financial information to ensure the company is running at its best.
- Assist in administration of the company’s finance department.
- Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal amp; written).
- Excellent organizational skills (time management) and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work with accounting data in an accurate manner.
