We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Operations Analyst who will report directly to our Chief Operations Manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations through data management. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our operational processes, analyzing data to drive efficiency, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our business activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing priorities. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create detailed reports that highlight findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
  • Utilize internal production trackers to keep inventory systems and reports up to date.
  • Generate regular reports on operational performance and metrics, including daily sales, COGS, and projection reporting.
  • Assist with completing monthly/quarterly/annual close and complete close reporting.
  • Complete vendor reconciliation, receiving and invoice reporting, and net-new reporting.
  • Manage and oversee weekly online product launch processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role
  • Understanding of operations research and performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and data reporting/visualization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Data driven uses methodologies, metrics, and analysis to plan and assess performance against business goals
Salary range for this role is $67,000 - $75,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
