Job Summary:
As a Construction Sales Project Manager at SCOVA, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects within the construction industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing technical assistance, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team.Key Responsibilities
  • Read and mark up floor plans/blueprints to assess client needs accurately.
  • Conduct sales pitches on the company's services and products, accompanying customers on construction sites.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Organize and manage sales leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales documents, including contracts, agreements, signatures, and client communications.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with builder clients by arranging regular check-ins, capturing their needs, and sharing feedback with SCOVA leadership.
  • Execute strategic management of sales contracts and agreements in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their best interests and SCOVA.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to address homeowner customers' technical issues and concerns, providing support and additional product/service offerings to satisfy their needs.
  • Manage the client relationship management (CRM) database to track sales performance, develop an in-depth understanding of the client base, and provide strategic and tactical recommendations to leadership through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Proficient in reading and marking up floor plans to assess construction needs accurately.
  • Experience conducting sales pitches and providing technical assistance on construction sites.
  • Knowledge of home audio/video equipment setup and design, with experience in Sonos products preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or installation of security equipment, including Ring and products.
  • DCJS license or eligibility to apply for one with a clean criminal background.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
