We are a global software staffing company - Pursue Advance Tech. Right now we are expanding our business through US job markets. Our business is growing rapidly and it has huge potential to make profits explosively very soon.

However, our engineers are fully occupied with their current responsibilities and are not available for new job interviews. Therefore, we are in need of a dedicated representative who will be responsible for conducting these interviews. We are seeking an individual with outstanding communication and technical skills to bolster our competitive edge.

Our collaboration will primarily focus on securing US jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed.

The US jobs posted on LinkedIn or Indeed offer high salaries and almost of them are exclusive to domestic engineers.

In this role, you will conduct interviews with personal information of our US engineers to win jobs.

• We will set up a professional LinkedIn or Indeed account for you.
• We will apply for the jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed, and contact with recruiters to schedule interviews.
• You just need to take audio/video interviews including introductory, technical and cultural interviews with the interviewers.
• You should be able to manage and support processes which are needed to start and maintain the job successfully.
• After winning the jobs, our team will handle the projects 100% from end to end.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $2,000 per month.
• Bonus Structure: For each new job secured, a bonus of $1,000 will be added.

- Fluency in English is a Must. Should possess C1 or C2 of English level.

- 10+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development with the following technologies as primary skills
