Remuneration: $300 USD for the first month. $200 USD following months = 2500 USD per year (long term).

We are pleased to announce a unique opportunity in our expanding e-commerce group. After experiencing significant growth in recent months, we are taking strategic steps to secure the future of our business, employees and partners. To enhance our operational structure, we are establishing a new company in Hong Kong (named HK1).

This is the current scenario:

The Group's e-commerce business is currently conducted in the EU market.The CEOs and shareholders of the current Group companies are also EU citizens.
The EU has too easy access to all information about the business activity and the owners. For this reason, a new corporate structure will be created, starting with the opening of a new company in Hong Kong (HK1 hereafter).
In order to create a strong shield between the EU and our business information, this activity will be transferred to HK1 under a non-EU citizen CEO and shareholder.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Managing Director (CEO and Shareholder)
Location: 100% online
We are currently looking for a non-European LEGAL CEO to be the "front man" in our new Hong Kong (HK1 onwards). As LEGAL CEO & Shareholder, you will be the legal name of this new company.

Key responsibilities:
Provide support and documentation to take over the above responsibilities (passport, ID card, electricity / internet bill, etc).
Provide support and documentation to open payment processors and bank accounts such as Paypal, Stripe, Checkout, Rapyd, Currenxie, etc.


Company and Job Description:
HK1 will be established as a retail e-commerce business.
HK1 will be a legal, fair and professional company.
The CEO will not actively manage the company.

3. IMPLICATIONS The probability of any problems with EU authorities is ZERO

Requirements:
Have a phone number capable of receiving messages and taking pictures.
Have a reliable and fast communication channel with us (Whatsapp, Slack, Skype).
