We’re seeking a detail-obsessed Copy Editor to review marketing, web, and program content with clarity, accuracy, and consistency in mind. Your job is to make our voice stronger by polishing every word that represents us.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency
• Collaborate with writers and content creators to ensure alignment
• Maintain Rustic’s style guide and update it as needed
• Fact-check locations, dates, and program details
• Assist with formatting and publishing content when needed

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of copy editing or editorial experience
• Meticulous with grammar, punctuation, and usage
• Comfortable editing across formats: web, print, emails, guides
• Familiar with AP style or similar editorial standards
• Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven
