We’re seeking a multilingual Social Media Moderator to help monitor and engage with our online community. You’ll help keep our platforms safe, friendly, and mission focused.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Respond to questions and flag anything inappropriate or off-brand
Translate and moderate user content in your native language (if needed)
Escalate customer service issues to the right team
Help track patterns or questions that could improve our content
