Job Description

For a Junior Lawyer role, you would:

Draft and review legal documents ( like contracts, company policies, and corporate records) for companies in the USA, EU and beyond.

Advise clients on civil, digital, corporate, contract, administrative, and labor law.

Manage legal risks in business processes and new projects.

Handle documents for rights transfer, licensing, and Intellectual property registration.

Support company registration, reorganisation, liquidation, and charter amendment.

Liaise with authorities and draft applications, requests, and complaints.

Track legal changes and update the team on key developments.

Note: Experience or knowledge of USA, EU, and Latin American jurisdictions will be considered an advantage.
