Job Description
We are seeking resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented team members to support our cosmetics business through supplier sourcing, e-commerce operations, marketing coordination, and influencer (KOL) outreach.
This position is ideal for individuals who are logical, fluent in English, and comfortable using AI and online tools to streamline workflows. Depending on skills and experience, candidates may take on responsibilities as E-Commerce Assistants or E-Commerce Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Research & Sourcing
Use AI tools and online platforms to identify, evaluate, and compare cosmetic product suppliers and manufacturers.
Communicate with suppliers to request product details, quotations, and samples.
Maintain and update a database of supplier information and pricing.
Negotiate with suppliers from a sales and sourcing perspective.
2. Price & Quality Comparison
Collect and analyse supplier offers to recommend optimal sourcing options based on cost, quality, and reliability.
Prepare clear comparison reports for management review.
3. E-Commerce Operations
Manage and update product listings on major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify.
Optimise listings for visibility and performance using keyword research and AI tools.
Assist with running and monitoring platform ads; evaluate results and suggest adjustments.
Collaborate with design teams (who handle all images and videos) to ensure materials are correctly uploaded and aligned with brand standards.
Support basic assistant-level tasks as needed, contributing to both operational and administrative processes.
4. Marketing & Social Media Coordination
Assist with posting, scheduling, and monitoring content across social media channels.
Use AI tools to draft captions, analyse engagement, and suggest improvements.
5. KOL / Influencer Outreach
Research and contact key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and beauty reviewers for potential collaborations.
Track outreach progress, responses, partnerships, and campaign outcomes.
Coordinate communication between influencers and the internal marketing team.
Requirements & Skills
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English communication (neutral accent preferred).
Prior experience in supplier sourcing, cosmetics, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools, Google Drive, and task management software.
Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify platforms.
Knowledge of advertising optimization (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or platform-specific ads) is a strong advantage.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
