- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior engineers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and ensure our software remains cutting-edge.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Document software designs, processes, and coding changes to support seamless knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and a solid understanding of programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and software version control systems.
