Patient Care Coordinator 2

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their wellness journey and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing support for weight loss and other health services
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with telehealth protocols
• Provide empathetic, responsive communication via phone, email, and telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and personalized care
• Address patient questions and concerns promptly to promote satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree required
• Previous experience in patient care coordination, telehealth, or a healthcare-related role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working within U.S. time zones
• Passion for helping patients achieve health and wellness goals
