CSB CONSTRUCTION INC is a New York City construction and restoration company serving all five boroughs. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & HighLevel Specialist based in Pakistan to manage and grow our digital marketing operations.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with HighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, SEO, lead generation, CRM, and marketing automation.
You will work remotely with our team to generate qualified leads, improve online visibility, manage advertising campaigns, build automations, and track marketing performance.

Position Details
- Full-time, remote position based in Pakistan
- U.S. Eastern Time coordination required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Starting salary: PKR 70,000 per month
- A practical skills assessment may be required

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM pipelines, workflows, forms, triggers, calendars, lead nurturing, and reporting
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website analytics, and conversion tracking
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, email or SMS automation, and campaign follow-up sequences
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, citations, reviews, and location-based marketing
- Experience creating or coordinating digital content for service businesses, preferably construction, restoration, home improvement, or related industries
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present recommendations based on performance metrics
- Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
- Lead generation, Meta Ads, CRM and pipeline management, funnel building, workflow automation, email marketing, social media marketing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
