What you’ll be doing

AdForge is hiring Remote Appointment Setters to join its U.S. outbound sales team.

This is a 100% commission-based, full-time role with no guaranteed base salary and uncapped earning potential. The company provides leads, CRM, dialer, proven scripts, objection-handling training, daily coaching, and a dedicated closer.

Responsibilities

Contact U.S. business owners
Speak with decision-makers
Create interest
Book qualified sales appointments
The role does not require closing the sale

Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 5:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan time (8:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time).

Commission structure
1–2 closed clients/month: 15% of first payment collected
3–4 closed clients/month: 20%
5+ closed clients/month: 25%
Commission tiers are retroactive for the month, with additional commission owed on earlier qualifying sales added to the next weekly payout.
