What you’ll be doing
Jhex.inc is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop practical machine learning solutions for data-driven products, automation, and intelligent systems.

- Design, build, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business and product use cases.
- Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop reproducible data and model pipelines, including feature engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable AI solutions.
- Document experiments, assumptions, model limitations, and performance results.
- Monitor production models and improve reliability, accuracy, scalability, and responsible use of data.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python programming skills with experience using machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Practical knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, model selection, validation, feature engineering, and performance metrics.
- Experience with data preparation, SQL, exploratory analysis, and handling missing, imbalanced, or noisy data.
- Understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics is valuable.
- Ability to build APIs, data pipelines, and production-ready services using sound version control and testing practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, experiment tracking, model deployment, and monitoring is preferred.
- Clear communication, structured problem-solving, documentation discipline, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
