- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, appointments, and sales opportunities.
- Support sales targets and help move qualified prospects through the sales process.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers.
- Participate in team meetings and coaching.
