Inside Sales Representative - B2B Outbound Calling

UPLIMARK LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative - B2B Outbound Calling. This is an on-site position in Irvine, California, not a remote role.

Pay: $18 per hour. First month: approximately 4 hours per day of paid training, followed by full-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to business prospects, identify needs, follow up on sales opportunities, and maintain CRM records.
• As training progresses, assist with emails, quotations, invoices, orders, and sales administration.
• Outbound calling remains a core responsibility.

Qualifications: Relevant telephone sales or outbound calling experience preferred. Professional English phone and email communication, basic computer and spreadsheet skills, reliability, and willingness to learn. A completed college degree is not required for candidates with relevant telephone sales experience. Mandarin is not required; Spanish is welcome. Daily commuting to Irvine is required.
