Position Summary and Project Details:
As part of the Strategy Team, you will support business growth and management, cross-business initiatives, analyze SEA’s Market Share, and provide insights into our competitor’s performance. Our vision is for Samsung Care to become a reason to buy our products. We’re transforming from a product-focused to an experience-focused solution for our customers.
General Duties include but are not limited to:
Create the North Star Customer Experience for Samsung Care for our mobile phone and home appliance service experiences across digital, voice, chat, retail and in home. The primary activities may include conducting and driving consumer insights related market research activities, documenting customer journey maps, and assisting with development of business strategy. As needed, work with a variety of stakeholders in the company including Corporate Marketing to enable Care Strategy, Insights and Marketing learning plans and priorities.

Qualifications:
Pursuing MBA
Ability to lead a cross-functional work team to define people, process, policy and technology enhancements that will improve customer experience
Analytics
Customer Experience / Design Thinking experience a plus
Marketing and/or Consulting experience a plus
Internship Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in an accredited University
Proper work authorization
Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
