Role and Responsibilities

The Director of Shared Services Support will manage our business operations management support. This position will be a support extension for each functional team within the Shared Services Group for major business initiatives and/or high priority tasks.

THE POSITION

Specific responsibilities include:

Partner with each functional head(s) on existing operation mgmt. & major on-going business engagements

Become the extension to all functional teams within the Shared SVC Group to provide additional management support to deliver the full potential operation performance result

Support the business operation to sustain performance standards set forth by the Group

Support in defining the KSFs (Key Success Factors) and KPI goals for each functional team within the Shared SVC Group

Support to enhance the existing business operation in reaching the goals set forth

Centralized POC for business communication to cross functional teams within the Care Division

Be the Shared SVC Group’s NJ main office liaison from a communication perspective to the cross functional team within Care, the upper management and 3rd business partners on on-going operation status, change management requests and business acquisition support

Direct participant in Business Strategy & Planning for the Shared SVC Group

As one of the committee member within the Shared SVC Group, this position will be directly involved in decision making of all major business strategies and initiatives

Existing Business Performance Assessment & Reconciliation support

Support in the performance assessment and reconciliation of major business operation(s) within the Shared SVC Group

Manage Shared Service Financials

P&L Management support for each part within the group

Lead development of financial models for paid service business

Skills and Qualifications

Job Specification

THE CANDIDATE

Background & Competencies Required:

15+ years of relevant experience in industry

High level experience in business operation support and performance evaluation

High level experience in business partner networking & business relationship mgmt.

High level experience in business acquisition and negotiation

Advanced level in business strategy presentation for Executive mgmt. level audience

Proficient User level for MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
