Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for operating process and producing the products based on the plan. Familiar with the work order, tools, specifications, and quality control process based on each project's process information. Responsible for arranging workers in the right place to construct and operate a production line of optimum efficiency. The Production Supervisor should improve productivity through continuous process LOB management, quality and process guidance
Role and Responsibilities
Have knowledge of management process and assembly line
Manage Line of Balance(LOB), operating process and quality map in assembly line
Have knowledge of the basic terminology about index calculation and manufacturing activity
Ability to plan and manage all the support business including productivity enhancement activities, work shift management, office supply & tangible asset management and work-site infrastructure improvement activities.
Review and secure necessary technology according to organizational compliance from production to testing process
Respond appropriately to quality, functionality issues during the mass production to get done in time with reasonable cost
Train workers how to use automatic equipment and maintenance tools

At least 7-10 years of experience in related jobs
Excellent Communication skill (Speaking, Writing)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and maintain work efficiency
