The Inbound Procurement Analytics team is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Procurement Program Manager. In this role the successful candidate will manage end to end analytics activities of a procurement event life cycle (Event admin, Bid Analysis, Cost analysis, Legal Approval, Rate Card Maintenance, etc.) This role will work closely with the IB Regional Procurement Manager in successfully executing sourcing events. Besides sourcing events, this role will collaborate with portfolio procurement managers to manage the ongoing relationship with LSPs. This role will also conduct research to identify external sources of information that can help answer both tactical and strategic questions the team faces. This role will regularly interact with our Tech team to provide input from Procurement aspect. The successful candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today. Knowledge of global logistic is preferred
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
· 3+ years in sourcing and procurement experience
· Strong analytical skills and business judgment
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and similar reporting tools
· Strong communication ability in both written and verbal formats
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
· 5+ years’ experience in a global logistic/distribution environment
· E-Sourcing Platform usage experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
· Advanced Excel proficiency
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with both technical and business people; ability to speak at a level appropriate for the audience both upwards and down
· Proven ability to deliver under tight timeline and navigate with some ambiguity
· Strong passion for Global Logistics, Procurement, and Technology
· Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Statistics Analytical tool would be a plus
