Job Description

The ideal candidate is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of influencing technology and business innovation within the partner community and must have demonstrated presence to engage with executive decision makers. You will have strong business development, program management, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills. You should demonstrate an ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and show prior solution and program successes. You should have experience with SAP enterprise implementations and ideally experience migrating SAP onto new platforms. Hands-on SAP experience is not required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Own the execution of a strategic partner program geared toward enabling and building our partner ecosystem, specifically for SAP.
· Be the go-to point of contact for our Partner Development Managers in respect to this program.
· Help build senior leadership relationships with our partners and generate interest in other AWS programs.
· Deliver results against key metrics measuring program adoption and time to revenue as result of partner implementing program

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 8+ years of work experience with solid career progression in program management, communications or a related field that incorporates industry best practices in project and program management
· 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, managing and executing field programs and resources
· 3+ years of SAP experience
· Demonstrated understanding of Cloud computing technology and a utility pricing model
· Demonstrated understanding of partner/channel relationships and sales strategies
· BA/BS required or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
· Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
· Public Sector experience
· Enterprise negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen.
· Depth knowledge of AWS services, technologies, and partners preferred.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
