Role and Responsibilities

Plan out and drive defect elimination projects for process – market linked worst defects: problem definition, 5-Why analysis, C & E diagram, logical/experimental/statistical verification
Update Defect Elimination Activity materials on a monthly basis and upload it in the SQA community after internal review
Supervise IBI (Internal Buyer Inspection) inspectors, oversee and coordinate daily IBI operation
Communicate with related teams regarding the findings found during the inspection
Have temporary/permanent corrective actions put in place based on discussion with related teams
Make a daily summary report of IBI inspection result
Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice
