Job Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for understanding, managing, and help improving business processes facility wide, ERP/MES system management, and KPI reporting. He/she should have an understanding of manufacturing processes and the peripheral activities that affect operations at a day to day level as well as long term. Ideal candidate should be able to perform high level tasks as they are assigned and be comfortable with presenting to executive leadership.
Role and Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
Process innovation
Work with each department to help stabilize and improve processes
Support each department in troubleshooting system errors
Analyze end user issues
Contact / coordinate with RHQ/HQ members to get support
System authorization control
New project implementation & process improvement / audit
Design material movement flow for new production process,
Prepare & verify necessary documents for new project / process quality audit
Analyze, design & consult for process / system improvement request,
System transactions & business process audit / verification.
Value Stream Mapping
Power User training of each department.
Prepare system / process manual & share with power users,
Prepare training document & make presentation regularly.
System management & support
ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning, MES: Manufacturing Execution System
SCM: Supply Chain Management, GPPM: Global Policies & Procedures Manuals
KPI monitoring
Weekly & monthly tracking company's KPI (SCM & Production site)

Job Specification
Background, Experience & Qualifications:
Years of experience: 3~4 years in SCM, Production, Logistics, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering; or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skillset
Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP Preferred)
Ability to work in group setting as well as individually
Strong verbal and digital communication skills
Possess a good understanding of material flow
Candidate with a thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred.
6 Sigma Green Belt or Higher preferred.
