Position Summary
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for overall general affair duties regarding improving the office work environment and the overall employee experience at SEHA.
Role and Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:

Managing over the office work environment and office products: Office supplies (Office Desks, Chairs, Lockers and, etc.), leased equipment (Printer, water purifier), fixed assets, AV/IT facilities and, etc.
Provide assistance to the manager in planning, developing, administering and implementing procedures and guidelines to help align staff with strategic goals of the company
Create effective internal communication to enhance the employee experience.
Design mass media content such as campaigns and manage the effectiveness of communication
Process invoice within the General Affairs Department.
Assist with managing legal contracts for the company.
Organize meetings, business trips, flights, and catering.
Work environment improvement activity: Handle employee complaint with improvement activities
Outsource vendors for beautifying the environment: arranging workers, Space adjustments, cleaning machine management and, etc.
Cafeteria management: meal time, Menu, cafeteria equipment and facility management, and, etc.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Attention to details
Reconciling ideas with the related departments (handling VOC)
Excellent project management skills
Highly proficient in MS Office applications
