Finix builds payments tools for vertical SaaS and fintech companies. With Finix, businesses can create a custom payments experience for their customers without developing an in-house system or relying on third-party payments providers.

About the role:

We're currently looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will oversee HR matters for a group of departments (tech or business)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide strategic HR support, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, guidance, and policy interpretation.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms and HRIS data to produce meaningful analysis, reports, and business insights to the Head of People and respective business units.
  • Initiate routine employee changes and ad hoc pay requests in the HRIS and partner with finance on Payroll issues.
  • Be the point person for all employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, payroll, and benefits.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve employee performance or conduct matters.
  • Provide manager support and coaching for performance management processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures; contributing to the maintenance of the handbook on policies and procedures.
  • Help develop innovative employee engagement programs in partnership with our Employee Experience Manager to enhance connectivity and job satisfaction for all our people.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Adept at managing complex Employee Relations issues and performance management
  • Partner with managers to coach on effectively implementing Finix’s Performance Management program
  • Experience in a high-velocity environment 
  • Expert in written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits emotional intelligence, mental rigor, discretion, and ethics

Finix offers a comprehensive benefits package for all employees. Benefits are effective on the 1st of the month after your start date.

Finix pays 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium for whichever plan you choose. The remainder of the premium will be deducted from your paycheck pre-tax.
