About You:

• 3+ years of talent acquisition/sourcing experience in a busy high-growth environment, preferably with experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines
• Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediums
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
• Laser focused, with an excellent attention to detail
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of integrity and ability to display confidentiality at all times
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
• Spirited team player, willing to nurture a unique office culture that we call home
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Help maintain talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns and engage with talents throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Act as a business partner and collaborate with various hiring managers across the Americas region to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Build compelling job descriptions, advertise them on appropriate channels / job boards
• Be an expert on LinkedIn Recruiter and build strong pipelines through sourcing candidates
• Screen all applications received on our ATS and prepare shortlists for the Team
• Maintain relationships with critical talent pipelines, internal business partners and while ensuring an engaging and memorable candidate experience
