What You’ll Do:TheArt Directoris both adesignnerdand conceptual powerhouse, creating unique brand experiences through creativity and the written word.?The programs you’ll work on are buzz-worthy and social at their core, though they can take any shape or form. From interactive web experiences, social activations,and video content tologos andbranding, experiential programs, and printed materials, you’ll get to do it all. Some more specific responsibilities include:
  • High-level concepting, tactical program ideation,anddesignfor a wide range of brand experiences, social content,and marketing deliverables that generate conversation and brand engagement
  • Takingan active interest in healthcare and developinga sound knowledge of clients' product and target audiences
  • Craftinghealthcare content in innovative ways, making it visually relevant for both HCP and patient audiences
  • Owning the brandstylefor our clients across all channels, maintaining a consistentlook and feel
  • Creating branded social content that is insightful, culturally relevant,and inherently sharable
  • The presentation of creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them
  • Collaborating with agency team members from creative, account, production, PR, strategy, planning and analytics to produce smart, powerful work
?What you bring:
  • 2-ish yearsart directionexperience in marketing, advertising, or social media(this can include experience as a full-time employee,andinternship experiences)
  • Experience, ingenuity, and a passion for the healthcarespace
  • A BFA in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design,anda portfoliodemonstratingstrong layout and compositionskills, anda keen eye for typography and motion?
  • A professional level knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools including the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A willingness to push your craftandget your hands dirtyin the process ofmakinggreat things
  • Social fluency and a solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across social channels
  • A natural flare for the unique, the buzz-worthy, and the culturally relevant
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A belief that the best work in this whole damnindustry can be (and often has been) for healthcare clients

  • TheArt Directorreports to the VP Creative Director, who reports to the SVP Creative Director. So that means there’s room to grow your career here at Edelman.
