We are looking for a sourcer to join our recruiting team. You are a dynamic individual who wants the ability to learn about recruiting but also leverage your technical knowledge. The technical sourcer role at Amobee will give you the opportunity to learn about skills we seek for roles in engineering, utilize your academic learning, and also learn about the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Research and generate target lists of companies and potential sources
- Contacts potential candidate leads and executes through various communication channels
- Engage and qualify candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goalsCommunicate and inform with various team members on a regular basis
- Maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with team members and candidates
- Support additional recruiting team initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience; combined internship or work experience
- Understands the importance of going above and beyond to ensure we maintain consistency
- Experience researching and executing on projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant technical skills, companies, engineering communities, and university connections
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented in approach to all tasks, whether mundane or mission critical
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering
