We’re looking for a colleague who is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their best health, from head to toe.
The ideal candidate is a health behavior change program expert. You excel at creating digital curricula and interventions that are delivered and discovered as part of a member’s day-to-day interactions with our mobile apps, health coaching, and telehealth services.
Our programs are in service to building knowledge, activating skills development, and fostering sustained behavior change. If you love writing, communicating, and finding ways to connect with the needs and inner strengths of individuals who are at varying stages of their health journeywhether disease prevention, new diagnosis, or ongoing managementthis will be a great next role in your career.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and revamp both new and established health coaching and telehealth programs for consumers
• Create educational podcasts, videos and content, working with colleagues in clinical, coaching, health communication, product, engineering, and creative services
• Translate strong science and health info into actionable content and content-driven interventions
• Implement clinical and consumer feedback from program reviews
• Help to design instructional management features and systems
• Evaluate new eLearning materials and formats
• Research new innovations in both learning design and education, particularly in the native and web app space
• Work to understand and leverage platform functionality and machine learning for member, program, and company health outcome goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, health education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital content development and deployment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent editing and creative shaping skills
• Excellent listening and synthesis skills when working with consumers, engineers, and clinical experts
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
• Experience in content management and content management system platforms
• Able to work independently

BONUS SKILLS

• Master of Science in Education in learning design and technology
• Previous experience in health programs, specifically
