As Vida’s Manager of the Sales Development Team, you will oversee the SDR team and work in conjunction with the team as a Player/Coach to:RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the sales segment leaders to provide SQM meeting support and manage SDRs to ensure that their activities are driving SQMs
  • Work with the B2B Marketing team to develop the outbound calling cadence associated with each lead generation campaign
  • Work with Commercial Operations to oversee and the uploading of account and contact information for outbound calling campaigns
  • Manage the outgoing SDR campaigns including to ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly activity metrics are met
  • Manage and oversee reporting against SQM OKRs and KPIs
  • Oversee the team’s activities to ensure that SQM metrics are being met
  • Manage, mentor and train SDRs
  • Generate leads through professional networking and cold calling techniques
  • Prospect and build new business opportunities for Vida’s Enterprise amp; National Sales Executives
  • Use outbound calling and consultative sales approach to help the Vida Sales Vice Presidents to convert more leads to opportunities
  • Initiate relationships with consultants, decision makers and influencers by converting leads to meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule online and onsite meetings with key decision makers, consultants and influencers
  • Develop prospect account strategy and plan and hold SDRs accountable to their plans
  • Coordinate plans to include internal support of objectives
  • Own and manage pipeline in Salesforce.com
  • Work closely with HR and finance to provide metric reporting against commission plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 8-10 years management experience
  • Experience in building a sales support team
  • 4+ year B2B sales experience; proven ability to identify and develop new business with prospects and existing accounts, build/maintain relationships with the decision makers
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare technology industry required
  • Ability to understand unique prospect needs within the context of the healthcare industry and effectively communicate value proposition
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Groove.io, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Braze, RFPio, LinkedIn Navigator, etc
  • Must be able to work in a virtual and remote environment as required
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast- paced, changing environment, and driving them to completion with limited direction
BONUS SKILLS
  • Knowledge of selling to healthcare prospects directly and/or through healthcare Consultants/Brokers
  • Understanding and experience with strategic planning and execution, including working with Sales and Marketing departments to develop and execute sales/marketing campaigns a plus
