As the Internal Communications Leader at UiPath, you will be responsible for shaping, communicating and driving our internal communications strategy to employees and helping define its culture, collaborating on internal initiatives, events, and programs. You will redefine complex topics into compelling messages, build and manage creative campaigns, design crisp presentations, written content, and advise the Leadership team on effective communications strategies. The successful candidate will be able to manage numerous projects with tight deadlines and function as an effective team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across PR, Communications, Marketing, HR, Sales, Product and beyond.This is what you will do at UiPath:

As the Internal Communications Leader at UiPath, you will be responsible for shaping, communicating and driving our internal communications strategy to employees and helping define its culture, collaborating on internal initiatives, events, and programs. You will redefine complex topics into compelling messages, build and manage creative campaigns, design crisp presentations, written content, and advise the Leadership team on effective communications strategies. The successful candidate will be able to manage numerous projects with tight deadlines and function as an effective team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across PR, Communications, Marketing, HR, Sales, Product and beyond.This is what you will do at UiPath:
- Write, edit, and collaborate on communications for a large-scale organization, including emails and slide presentations.
- Demonstrate creativity and excellent judgment as you provide project management for internal meetings and announcements.
- Engage with and advise executives, helping them more effectively communicate across their teams in line with their leadership style.
- Collaborate closely with global teammates in order to provide consistent communications to employees in remote offices and effectively share updates, such as team changes or executive visits.
- Measure and analyze communications efforts for their effectiveness against stated goals.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in change management, communication technology and ecosystem alignment, employee engagement, Mamp;A, manager/leader communications, social system development and engagement, understanding of HR (benefits/comp/wellness/onboarding/recruiting), and employer value proposition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in corporate communications role, preferably in internal communications roles, with the ability to demonstrate continually increasing levels of responsibility and stakeholder management
- Experienced in designing presentations, videos, and creative collateral.
- Experience working in a complex international/global or diverse cross-cultural environment
- Track record of development of and implementing forward-thinking approaches to strategic challenges that have a lasting impact on the organization and its operating performance
- Ability to work calmly, maintain good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work closely with executives to develop their communications (e.g., written materials and speaking engagements) and effectively advise them on communications strategy.
- Ability to help shape the internal communications narrative and effectively communicate via presentations, scripts, or emails without significant editing.
- Ability to work effectively across many functions to influence, manage, and drive communications narratives across the internal organization.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
