The Security Awareness team is looking for a Security Content Manager that has a passion for unleashing the power of content marketing in the cybersecurity space. This new role would lead our security team’s internal communications and marketing effort for our entire company. Our team of security specialists are looking forward to partnering with someone that has the expertise to showcase their talents and excite our staff about security.
You’ll love this role because you can be creative and make a huge impact across our entire organization by empowering our staff to be security savvy. You’ll work with subject areas across different departments within a quick-paced, fast-growing company to imagine, create, and deliver awesome security awareness campaigns that help us protect our customers. This program is newly created and it’s the perfect place to bring your ideas to life!In this role, you’ll get to:

• Design a content marketing and communications program for the security team to reach a global organization
• Partner with security team subject matter experts to produce content to educate and delight our employees
• Use existing platforms such as our internal blog, Confluence, Slack, and events, or create new channels to generate awareness and engagement on security topics
• Use technical metrics-gathering techniques such as A/B testing and surveys to measure the engagement and effectiveness of your program

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Professional experience with content marketing or corporate internal communications programs
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams as we’re growing globally
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with great creative problem-solving skills
• Experience leading technical cross-functional programs and driving delivery success

It’s not essential, but nice if you have:

• Experience working with cybersecurity topics
• Experience with technical writing
• Experience with conferences and virtual events
• Familiarity with graphic design software
